Return Policy

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless there is an error on our part or a defect in the ribbon you have received. If this happens you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. A store credit or exchange will be offered. You may be asked to return items shipped in error or items with a defect. If asked to return items we will issue a prepaid return label for your convenience.

We will not cancel or refund orders. In rare instances we may decide to do so however you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Our Products

We try to provide only high quality products for our customers. The ribbon sold on our site conforms to the Oeko-Tex standards. Oeko-Tex exceeds the requirements set forth by the CPSIA for children's products so you can be assured the ribbon you purchase from us is completely safe to use in your handmade products.

We currently accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Shipping

All packages are shipped via USPS. Shipping time is typically within 3 business days from when your order is placed.

Packages weighing 13 oz or less are shipped First Class.

Packages weighing 14 oz or more are shipped Priority Mail.

$0.00 to $10.00 = $3.50

$10.01 to $50.00 = $5.00

$50.01 to $100.00 = $10.00

$100.01 to $200.00 = $15.00

Orders over $200.00 = $20.00

We will ship Internationally!

Insurance is optional but recommended. If you wish to purchase insurance, please contact us after placing your order.

Orders Within The United States: I personally deliver all packages to the post office or my mail carrier. I recommend insurance for your order due to the possibility of packages being lost or damaged in transit. I will not replace an order that is not insured and cannot be responsible for packages after they leave here.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All International orders weighing less than 4 pounds are considered First Class by the Post Office - even if they are shipped Priority. These packages are not insured and do not offer tracking. If you would like to be able to track your package, you MUST pay the extra fee for registered mail on packages that are less than 4 pounds. If you would like to use registered mail or insurance, please contact me before placing your order. International orders that are not received will not be replaced or refunded if you choose not to purchase insurance or delivery confirmation of some kind.

FIRST CLASS TO CANADA: For your convenience, I am now offering First Class shipping to Canada. Please keep in mind that you use this service at your own risk. I have no way to track these packages and will not replace or refund an order if it does not arrive or is damaged in transit. If you want to be able to track your package, please consider using Priority Mail or Registered Mail.
